Bags
The bag portion of a SandeBag is covered by a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and product defects. We will repair or replace any defective product. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including cosmetic stains.

Solar Panels
The solar panel included with the SandeBag is covered by a 1-year warranty. If you experience any issues with the solar panel within this period, please contact our customer service team for support.

Return Procedure
To initiate a return for a defective product:

  1. Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Upon approval, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product or receive a repair of your product.
  3. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent further damage during shipping.

Shipping Costs
We will cover the shipping costs for returning defective products.
